What about the traits in his hand that appear in the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's? Look at the "E's"...that was written to his wife, and compare with the OP. How is that even possible?

Besides Paramount, I often forget that he was also being built up as a singer in the Tab Hunter, Sal Mineo, etc. styles of this period.  Here he is on a 1957 Columbia agreement.

Are you saying the above is secretarial or authentic Eddy? Some of the best eyes in here have PM'd me that the OP is indeed authentic as well as Steve's confirmation in this thread. The evidence I have presented is overwhelming and rather obvious.

I think that's fine. Having a different opinion and expressing it is welcome here.

Absolutely. I was just asking Eddy whether or not what he showed was authentic or secretarial in his opinion. I don't know which way to interpret what he wrote.

No,  I think the Columbia signed contract is indeed in his hand.  I should have clarified.  I was just showing it to contrast with what I would more err on the side of being a very close secretarial style of the same era on many fan photos, form letters, etc..

It's okay to disagree.  I sold that Written Word style above as secretarial on a larger photo like those from WW and would if one was again in my possession. I think that's about as clear as I can make it.

You, Steve , off-thread PM 'best eyes' and possibly others feel differently.  That's cool.

As I said before, best of luck! :-)

Thank you indeed Eddy! :-) Have a great Sunday!

Eric -  One invitation that I would like to again put out there that I think is only fair in discussing opinions....

A few times now when we have disagreed on how an autograph looks, you've come back and told me that unnamed 'best eyes' have PM'd you and agree with you and do not agree with me.  As I offered the most recent time that the 'best eyes' were used in a consensus that I was off, could you possibly encourage those 'best eyes' to jump in these threads if they are comfortable?  I'd also enjoy gaining some possible insights from them if they would!  :-)

I can certainly ask Eddy. :-) I am sorry to say that during the restoration of my 140 year old home a part fell and I was exposed to a huge amount of lead and asbestos dust. :-(

Oh I love watching  these kind of programmes on TV.  So  did you  update the kitchen and what did you do with the hallway as that always seems to be a problem on restoration programmes.  Your curtains go well with the decor.  Is it a big room? Is the furniture all vintage as  well?

sorry eric, I just reread and saw that you were ill with lead and asbestos

That is a magnificent room.  I have had my share of asbestos and lead paint over the years.  That is one of the many problems of older houses.   Again, a great room.
