ATTN: Mr. Mysinger please help!!

Hi,
I have a tire that has Dale Sr. Autograph among many other greats, (please see pics below) based on signatures and car numbers it appears to be from the 2001 Winston Cup Series.,..However....it's also signed by #29 Kevin Harvick...did he drive a car with that number before he took over Sr.'s #3?

Im just confused cause I really want to buy this for my brother but based on my research it's possibly a fake so I was hoping you guys could help out with this matter:)

I'm not trying to bug you for appraisal or anything, (I realize you are all very busy people and I respect that...however, if u can offer possible value or authentication that would be a super plus! Lol)

Kevin Harvick was placed in Dale Earnhardt's car AFTER Dale passed away in Feb, 2001 after a wreck in the Daytona 500 ( the 1st race of the season ).  The car # changed from the #3 ( Dale's # ) to the 29 ( Kevin's new # ).
