Thanks for posting, but hopefully Newbury or Amazon gets a version for US fans, 

10UKP for the CD is more than reasonable, but another 17UKP to ship to the US, makes me have to pass.

Yeah the postage prices from the Uk are getting ridiculous.  To add insult to injury, the untracked option was like 5GBP more than the tracked. SMH.

I just found out today too. It is really sad and unfortunate. I did not realise that he was sick. which explains why he was unable to sign.
