Could somebody tell me if this is real or not?

It comes with a CAO from a website called rare and signed 

I’m a bit skeptical of signed items if I haven’t gotten them signed in person personally

 A customer of mines sold me it for £50

record is in perfect condition, just a shame the autograph is fake

It was his ex wife who bought him it and he had said he didn’t want it anymore

I'm sorry but it is nearly unbelievable to me you thought you'd get a genuine Freddie Mercury for 50 GBP. You need to do much research...

Nah I believe his wife paid a lot more for it. He just wanted rid of it because it didn’t mean anything to him anymore. He wanted much more but knew I collected records 

I searched the guys site and thought it looked alright but I didn’t realise he was known for selling fakes

Use our search engine here - run sellers names through it before you buy. Why would someone sell something worth about $2000 or so for $50?

I’m not sure tbh. He said he wanted more for it but wanted rid of it because it had lost its meaning to him.
