What Do I Do About This, Brethren?

So I'm going through a box of old books at home that belonged to my Aunt Rosemary who turned 100 years of age a few weeks ago (she tells me she's finally downsizing.). In it I find a copy of THE CHALLENGE OF LIBERTY, 1st edition, 1934 by Herbert Hoover in pristine condition w/ an undamaged, clean and tight paper jacket.
