Col. James P. Fleming USAF Medal of Honor Autograph

Here is another example of writing to a Medal of Honor Recipeint requesting an autograph and getting back more than I sent. A few years ago a used the Congressional Medal Of Honor Society 40 Patriots Point Road Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464 address to mail out my request. In about a week I had back all I sent him ( a copy of his citation, and the 8x10 poster I created for him) along with extra copies of his citation, and an autographed photo of himself in Vietnam. John Finn dies at 100; oldest surviving Medal of Honor recipient

In retirement, he worked as a gunsmith, ran a salvage yard and raised horses and cattle. He spoke often of the Navy as a good career choice for young men and women.

Col. George "Bud" Day USAF Medal Of Honor Autograph

This 5th blog is for Col "Bud" Day a living MOH Recipient who signs faithfully. Col. Day has an amazing story he served in the Marine Corps in combat in WWII, in the Army during the Korean War, and flew combat missions in Veitnam as an member of the US Air Force.
