Was this a mask or did he have the make up on for the whole event?

Hi Adam

He had the makeup applied for about 3 hrs Sunday for a special photo shoot for diamond pass holders and luckily, I was able to snag the pass. This is quite a rare event so to be a part of it was something special. Was a snip at the price, too.

Wow! That is amazing! Really cool and real dedication by Robert! I really want to meet him, he hasn't been around my area yet. I am hoping soon or I might just send something in to his website...I would rather meet him though.

He did something identical a little while back in the States and I believe that was the only time he said he was going to do it. However, he then decided to do one in the UK (lucky me :)). Robert is amazing. Got his autograph and took a video of him signing. I got an auto through his website Adam some while back but I'm not a fan of silver ink signature which he did on both but the photo and meeting him more than make up for that. Where do you live, Adam? He might do a convention that's within a stone's throw soon. Best, Rob

I live near Cleveland/Pittsburgh/Buffalo. We have a local convention named the Eerie Horror Fest where ai have met a few people (Doug Bradley, Tom Savini, Michael Berryman, Gunner Hansen etc.) Pittsburgh has the Steel City Conn twice a year. I am hoping between these conventions I hope he will stop by. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Adam - you could do worse than suggest the idea to Robert through his website or the convention themselves - I mean, Robert is so active in these event circuits, I am surprised he hasn't stopped by already. 

I consider myself lucky to have got such a wonderful photo shoot with Robert, which is so rare. That could well be the last time he does it but seeing as its such a big thing, he might do it again. I hope he does for you, Adam. You will get to meet him and he's an absolute blast.

Thanks Rob! I would love to just meet him even if it weren't in make up. I may try suggesting it! I agree he is one that I am really surprised hasn't made the rounds yet.

No worries Adam! I can guarantee you will meet him. When you do, prepare yourself. He is a very chatty individual. He didn't say a lot to me though, lol, but generally he is. He signed a great Freddy shot and the personalisation and quotes are fantastic. 

I went to his talk and saw him walking about the convention as well, just madness. Had a great time and despite the fact I spent £1K+, was WELL worth it, meeting the people I did. 

Hopefully he might consider doing a Freddy makeup shoot again but I understand he's not going to play Freddy or revisit that universe now, sadly, but that doesn't mean he won't do it at conventions. He was the definitive Freddy.
