Too small an image to render a sensible opinion. 

The signatures looks good; it appears to match the date when signed. Hard to tell condition - but seller notes it's flaws (somewhat faded, etc).

When you click on the image, there is an enlargement.

I think it's real. If it comes from Perry Cox, it confirms my opinion.

This does not come from Perry Cox or come with his COA. Seller says you can get a COA from Perry, Frank, or Tracks (but they don't offer this service unless it's their item).  It's very easy to offer traced or forged signatures on old pieces of paper.  Forger can practice many times with no cost. I'd pass on this one. 

Perry cox his signature is at the seller's other auction. I made a mistake.
