We're fixing a site layout bug mostly on PCs & Macs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Greetings-  This is a long shot request, but.....

I know that some members have back issues of the old AUTOGRAPH COLLECTOR magazine.  Anyone happen to remember the attached article that was a study on Burt Lancaster's autograph?  I found this little low def. thumbnail of it online but cannot make out the content.  I can barely see the exemplar comparison between his secretarials vs. his rare authentic signature but would love to read the whole article.  If  someone has it, I would appreciate working with you on obtaining a scan.  It looks to be just the single page.  Unfortunately, I don't have a publication date or issue number.  Thanks!

Etienne, A small portion that I have.

Thank you for posting this David!  That's the diagram of the authentic one for sure.  The secretarial version can be pretty close as you can barely see in the article page scan.

Those secretarials have been accepted as authentic for a long time.
